Testing

Box-build often requires multi-level testing.  For example, some assemblies require programming as well as careful mechanical assembling.  Prior to closing up the enclosure, a pre-test is performed to check the assembly and a software test is made to validate the software program.  These are followed by a final test that often includes oscilloscope readings over the assembly’s range of operation.

Some assemblies, such as prototypes, require cooperation between the customer’s design team and Patriot American Solution’s ability to do multi-meter testing and fixture designing to reduce test time and improve accuracy.

Standard functional testing is also available.
