Associates

Next to our customers, our associates (employees) are most important to Patriot American Solutions.  We believe in mutual respect and strong communication internally.  It is Patriot American Solutions’ goal that all of our associates understand what the status of the company is; what the plans are; and how we intend to implement them.  Continual training and inputs expressed by each associate are important elements to our strategy.  And, extremely important, our associates, to the individual, have to appreciate and want to help in our servicing our customers.
