THE CLEANING ROOM

The cleaning room is absolutely state-of-the-art. The star performer is an outstanding water cleaning system for populated printed circuit boards. The pumps are strong enough to remove the most cantankerous flux and dirt. The phases of the wash cycle are observable through seven windows along the front of the machine.  It is a closed-loop system with water fed to it through a de-ionizing tank that will mix in a decontamination system with the export from the cleaner.  Once the water is totally decontaminated, it is recycled back through the cleaner.

The other cleaning machine is the stencil cleaner shown here. After a stencil has been used to print the SMT pattern on the circuit board, the stencil must be thoroughly cleaned so that even the smallest of apertures have no residue.  This machine provides that function.
