Flexibility

While the critical factors for electronic manufacturing services are Quality and Responsiveness, we recognize the importance of being flexible.  We will work with our customers to assemble hybrid boards, flex circuits, toroids/inductors, high amperage power supplies, heat sensitive components, large ICs, large capacitors, etc.  Our performance is to work with our customers early in the design so turns can be minimized and prototypes can be presented quickly.  We offer early suggestions relating to manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT) that our customers can consider in the design phase.  We can move between those phases without reprogramming machines.

Because our set-up time is so quick, we openly accept small to large volume orders.

We offer a range of services from bare board assembly to box-build to functional testing to fulfillment where we maintain our customers’ finished goods and drop ship to their customers as directed.  Our machine shop allows us to build fixtures adn do specialized etching for certain products.
