This is beginning to be an overworked term that actually bears the roots of the value for our customers.  The problem with buzz words is that many use them but have no experience with them or intent and dedication to put them into practice.  The associates of Patriot American Solutions have the experience, intent, and dedication to implement them and to keep developing and improving the processes and work flow.  All aspects, beginning with the most important our floor associates, are involved in this process.  When you visit with us you, we would like to give you an in-depth look at how all of our functions, such as finance, human relations, and sales/marketing, are involved in our integrated structure.

• Total Company Commitment – Every day we assemble our teams to analyze what the performance has been for that shift.  It here where our associates have a little dwell time to contribute comment for performance improvement.  Every Friday, we meet for a slightly longer period to report on progress of existing performance-improvement tasks.  New issues are quickly discussed and added to the task list with actions identified for future reporting.

• Equipment – Besides having world-class associates, we appreciate the constant need for new machine/equipment investment.  Besides offering outstanding speed they offer quality levels to minimize rework.  Our approach utilizing off-line set-ups and Kanbans allows us to minimize set-up times and provide very high lot-size flexibility for our customers.

• Throughput – Our associates can handle multiple functions and receive continuous training to embrace more.  This gives us the flexibility to set up the manual portion of a production run to balance the manual portion with the high speed automated front-end.  We reduce work-in-process material and build to order.  This improves the critical response time to our customers.

• Continuous Improvement – This is the foundation for Patriot American Manufacturing to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.  It is critical to having our customers wanting to do business with us.  Every associate of Patriot American Solutions wants to continually improve our offered services to customers.  We are committed to add value for our customers through training and added capabilities.  The associates of Patriot American Solutions are dedicated to this business.
